-What is my brewing technique? (Ie: Pour over, home espresso machine, or French press?)

For espresso based drinks, we recommend any of our Signature Blends. For those who brew filter or French press, we usually suggest our Premium or Reserve Single Origins. The tasting notes of each coffee are a good indicator of the preferred flavor profile.

-Do I drink my coffee with milk?

If the answer is yes, then any of our Signature Blends with a white label would be most suitable. And for those who prefer their coffee black, any of the Single Origin coffees with colorful labels are for you.

-Do I prefer a rich chocolatey coffee, or bright floral brew?

Our tasting notes are your North Star. Each bag lists the notes in order of most prominent to least prominent. For instance, our Mexico, El triunfo with notes of Cocoa, Mellow Fruit, Sugary Sweet is a full bodied chocolatey sweet brew.

On average a 12oz bag produces approximatly 15-18 cups of coffee. For instance, at one cup per day 1 x 12oz bag delivered every 14 days is about right for you.

All of our coffees are roasted fresh to order. For instance, if your subscription date falls on a Monday it would be roasted that day and shipped the following. Your delivery day is based on location.
