Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee grower from Quindio, Colombia. He bought his first farm in 1987 and has added 5 more over the last few decades. With over 40 years of working in the coffee industry, he has extensive experience and passion to produce beautiful coffees.
Jairo and his wife Luz raised their two children, Carlos & Felipe with a zeal for coffee. Now they are coffee producers and support their father by implementing innovative processes to his farms.
